Digital Printing:

Direct digital printing is fast becoming one of the most popular promotional merchandise print methods available. Inkjet technology uses microscopic ink droplets; combined and layered to create an almost limitless range of colours. This printing process allows complex custom designs with many shades and gradients to print seamlessly, even realistic photo images. Digital printing produces excellent results on branded products such as printed mint cards, promotional pens, branded notebooks and promotional power banks.

Pad promotional products printing:

Pad printing is a popular merchandise print method for unusual shapes and limited branding areas. A silicone pad transfers artwork from an etched metal plate. Ink stored within the enclosed cup is then applied to the plate, collecting the ink which transfers the image to the designated product. An ideal method worth considering for printed pen clips, promotional sweet tubs, custom printed USB flash drives, promotional bamboo cups and branded bluetooth speakers.

Direct- to- Garment Print (DTG):

The latest technology for premium garment branding is DTG, inkjet printing that uses water-based inks that penetrate the fabric, leaving a smooth and stunning finish. DTG also possesses a white ink technology allowing it to be printed to darker colour colours effectively. Perfect for custom printed t-shirts, company branded hoodies and promotional cotton tote bags, where the print will not fade even when washed time after time.

Digital Transfer Print:

Digital transfers use state of the art technology that creates high-quality images, enabling them to be heat applied to varying materials. They offer a high adhesion to merchandise products made from PVC, cotton, nylon and PU. They allow for complex designs with no restrictions on colours or intricacy. This widely used method of branding is ideal for branded workwear, promotional caps, promotional bags and custom t-shirts.

Laser Engraving:

Laser engraving is considered a more premium and higher perceived form of branding in contrast to screen and pad printing. As well as metal, laser engraving produces excellent results on wood, bamboo and wheat straw promotional products, branded travel cups, custom power banks, engraved pen sets and custom branded keyrings. The laser, a concentrated light, produces energy via a metal rod. Once applied, this removes the surface material of the product, revealing its base hue and what colour the design will be.

Dye Sublimation Print:

A process that uses digitally printed transfers that are heat applied to a promotional product such as a printed mug, branded polyester t-shirt, custom cap or merchandise bag. It offers excellent adhesion and can produce bright and bold colours without any artwork restrictions.

Digital Decal:

Digital decals are self-adhesive labels coated with a resin finish. This process provides a protective layer that enables the longevity of the branding. Decals are more cost-effective than domed labels and are ideal for express branded trolley coins, promotional sweet pots, express branded USB drives and promotiional earphones

Screen Printing:

Screen printing is one of the most cost-effective methods of merchandise branding available. It allows spot colours to be Pantone matched and branded to a wide range of promotional products and custom garments. A woven mesh stretched across a frame act as a stencil. The ink is then pressed through the mesh onto the garment directly on to product or garment. Promotional pens, corporate umbrellas, branded event bags and custom printed notebooks are just some of the various items that deliver excellent results using the screen method.
